Having been on the road all day, my husband and I decided to try this restaurant as it is attached to the hotel where we are staying. We ordered a combo appetizer platter and the spinach and artichoke dip. The platter consisted of onion rings, french fries, mushrooms, cheese curds, and fried zucchini. At least that's what it was supposed to be. What we really got was about five pounds (slight exaggeration) of onion rings and a two or three pieces of the other items. When we pointed it out to our waitress, Allie, she quickly fixed it. Evidently they have a new employee and he is still learning. The onion rings were of the real thin variety and they were really good, as was everything else. I really liked the spinach and artichoke dip too. My husband got a beer and it was only $3.50, the cheapest beer he has gotten during our entire vacation. Had he gotten the soda that he normally gets it would have only been a buck, way cheaper than the $3 he has paid at every other restaurant we have eaten at during our vacay. This is a great place to eat and is very reasonably priced.

Alway great food and service at the Olive Branch!!! Highly recommended if you're in the area! We eat here often!!

We was heading home from Western Iowa and ask where was a good place to eat at Casey's. So glad he told us about this place. What we got was so good we will be back whenever in the area. I got the Chicken Alfredo it was very very good. Another thing I really liked was they had different size servings on almost all of their food. I got the small and it filled me up.

I was in town visiting family and decided to try the Olive Branch for the first time. I don't know why I waited so long! We went towards the end of their lunch on a Saturday, so it wasn't very busy. My mom and I both had the gyro salad, which was incredible!! I heard they grow their own vegetables, and you can tell. I knew right away those tomatoes were something special. The bread bowl it comes in was AMAZING. We also ordered the San Francisco fries as an appetizer and oh my gosh SOOOO good. They're all I can think about. We'll for sure be back when we return to Fontanelle/Greenfield to visit family.

My boys and I had wanted to try this restaurant for a long time and the opportunity finally came up. The location was easy to find and ambiance was a mix of Mediterranean and Midwest flare. Our server was very attentive and highly recommended the onion rings for an appetizer. They did not disappoint! They were among the best I have had anywhere! Our waitress provided excellent recommendations for our dinner choices. My steak kabob dinner was seasoned perfectly. The boys both had the gyro dinners. They both inhaled their dinners and raved about them all the way home. My only regret was being too full to review the dessert menu. Next time.

With the owners name and Greek music I had to try something Greek on the menu. I decided on the gyro dinner. It was delicious. Loved the sauce. Also tried the fried zucchini though I normally avoid fried foods. Also very good (a little heavy on the breading). Service was good especially given a surprising busy Monday night and only on person working the dining room. He apologies for delays in taking my order but his service was really good. He checked in periodically and watched for indications I was finished. I had to take 1/2 of the dinner back to the hotel, it was enough for two.

This place is wonderful , we even came in close to closing because we didn't check and we had never been to this area before, so we didn't know ^^ the waitress was super friendly anyways and told us the kitchen was closing in 10 minutes . She said no problem and we ordered . I got the Swiss mushroom burger and it was fantastic , their mashed potatoes are great ! Super creamy and buttery . The Cole slaw is awesome too! My fiancé got the Western burger and he said it was really good ! All in all a very delicious family type restaurant . Highly recommended if you are ever in greenfield :)

This is a great restaurant in Greenfield, IA. Just off the courthouse square, it had probably the best liver and onions I have ever eaten. Good steaks as well for those who won't eat liver but if you ever try it here, you will be hooked. Good service both times we ate here. The small appetizer sampler was enough to feed 4 people so don't be surprised when it comes out. Reasonable prices and great atmosphere. Highly recommend!
